Mark and his team were very responsive. We are very picky and my husband knows enough about construction to have a discerning eye. We really appreciated their professional response to feedback. They were always here when they said they would be and left the site clean at the end of the day. Mark communicated consistently throughout the project. We had a large broken flagstone patio installed and a water feature. It was a big project with some problematic issues that Mark designed around. As with most projects, we had a hiccup and, as they say, it’s not the problem but the response to the problem that matters and we were very pleased with Mark’s response to our concerns. The end result is stunning and we are very happy.
